Our story

A family farm with a quiet mission.

Oldsmar Fresh Cut Microgreens was founded by Ash and Eva — a husband-and-wife team who wanted their neighbors, chefs and grocers to have greens grown the way greens should be: clean, fresh, and close to home.

Every tray is sown, watered and harvested by hand on our small Oldsmar farm. No pesticides. No long supply chain. Just real greens, cut at peak flavor and delivered cold.

From the farm

A short trip from seed to your plate.

Seeds are sown on clean medium, watered with filtered water, and harvested only after they hit peak color and flavor — usually 7 to 14 days.
